“Mental Toughness Guy” has made the big time! Two of my posts have been picked here in Ben Bruno’s “Good Reads for the Week.” If you are not familiar with Ben’s weekly column, its a list of great reading materials on fitness. I’ve been a huge fan of “Good Reads” since Ben first started posting it. There’s always a lot great articles that Ben has handpicked for his readers. It just saves me time so I don’t have to scour the Internet looking for cool things to read. Ben has done all the work for me.
